1、 The working principle of the active carton sealing machine:
As one of the commonly used sealing devices, the active cardboard box sealing machine operates by turning on the power supply, starting the motor to start the machine, and waiting for the sealed box to enter the machine through the transmission belt. When it reaches the direction of the upper and lower power devices, the upper and lower power belts drive the box to pass through the machine core to seal the cardboard box. The blades on the machine core actively block the adhesive tape, and the rear pressing wheel is attached to the back of the box, completing the entire sealing process.
II Operation method of active carton sealing machine:
1. Adjust the height of the workbench: Loosen the foot lock screw inside the scaffold, pull out the foot sealing machine, and repair it according to the specified height.
2. Place the box onto the conveyor belt, with a length of approximately one-third of the box's length. Depending on the size of the box, swing the vertical handle, move the elevator, and adjust the height of the upper movement to make it fall to the ground.
3. To make the box cover tightly adhere, adjust the orientation of the guide wheel, release the handwheel, push open the guide wheel structure, make the guide wheel tightly adhere to both sides of the box, and then lock the handwheel.
4. Swing the horizontal swing handle, adjust the orientation of the conveyor belt horizontally to clamp the box, then remove and open the box, and swing the handle to make the conveyor belt approach 3mm. After adjustment, you can continue working.
5. Press the power switch and push the cardboard box into the sealing machine. The box moves forward along the drive belt and passes through a continuous sealing organization, actively completing the actions of sealing the box up and down and cutting the tape.
III Characteristics of Active Carton Sealing Machine:
The overall structure of an active carton sealing machine generally consists of a worktable, side transmission organization, top transmission organization, knife holder, etc. The operating range can be adjusted to meet various scales and standards, and the requirements for active carton sealing are met. Using imported components, with long service life, high stability, high efficiency, simple adjustment of carton size, fast speed, and easy operation.
